Janet Ann Vetter
Janet Ann Vetter, 72, of Rocky Face passed away Sunday, October 16, 2022 at The Oaks of Dalton where she has resided for the past two years.
Janet was a U.S. Army Veteran and served four years. Janet met her husband of 35 years, Brian Graham Vetter (deceased) while serving in the Army. Janet was a wonderful wife, loving mother, and grandmother. Janet had great joy in allowing her grandchildren to be mischievous in ways never afforded to her daughters. Janet loved her husband, daughters, sons-in-law, grandkids, and her Dalton State College family.
The family is comforted in knowing that Janet is no longer suffering from the devastating effects of dementia.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Margaret Fouche’, and her brother Jerry Fouche’.
She is survived by her daughters, Shannon Lynn Vetter of Resaca, Rayna Lee Clark of Washington, PA; sons-in-law, Charles Najera of Resaca, GA and Michael Clark of Washington, PA; grandchildren, Hunter Cole Vetter of Resaca and Jada Triana Najera of Resaca; sisters Belinda Hinson and Patricia Brooks both of Macon, GA; and nephew Mitch Hinson of Macon, GA.
At Ms. Vetter’s request, there will not be any services held.
Janet Vetter will be laid to rest in the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA next to her husband and our father Brian Graham Vetter.
