Michael Scott Ables, 59, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on December 20, 2022. He was born on August 18, 1963.
Scott was a member of Wauhatchie United Methodist Church and a 1983 graduate of Lookout Valley High School. He was a passionate fisherman and also enjoyed hunting.
He was preceded in death by his father, William F. Ables and mother, Freda Ables, as well as his brother Martin Ables.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving companion of 33 years, Christina Steele; nephew Nathan (Jolene) Ables, one great-nephew Braxton and one great-niece, Aurora Ables and a brother, David Ables. He also leaves behind his loving fur babies, Peanut and Little Bit.
A graveside service for Scott will take place at 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 28, at Lakewood Memory Gardens West.
