Jonathan Stephen Bash
A federal indictment says 24-year-old Jonathan Stephen Bash used interstate means to induce an individual below age 18 to engage in sexual activity.
The indictment says the conduct was “for which an individual can be charged with a criminal offense under Tennessee law – statutory rape.”
Bash was arrested by federal agents on Wednesday.
He is being held pending the completion of the case.
Bash is represented by attorney Bryan Hoss.
