Edward John Anthony Strini
Edward John Anthony Strini, 66, of Ooltewah, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023.
Mr. Strini was born in Baltimore, Md. and raised in St. Louis, Mo. He was employed as the district manager at Cracker Barrel for the last 15 years. He was previously employed as the district manager for Olive Garden and also at Denny’s where he started his career.
He was raised in the Catholic faith and his hobbies included golf, traveling, guns and playing slots.
Surviving are his wife of 10 years, Donna; daughters, Candace (Xaver) Pinero, D’rayxa Diaz and Lauren McFarland; brothers, David Strini and Raymond (Sharon) Strini; nephews, Patrick (Nicole) Strini and Shayne Strini; and aunt, Carol (Lee) Nave.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond and Jackie Strini.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. on Wednesday, April 5, and from 1-3 p.m. on Thursday, April 6, followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Wayland Stewart officiating.
