Stanley Lebron Turner, Sr., 75, passed away on July 18, 2023, in Chattanooga.

He was born on Sept. 20, 1947, to Dick McDaniel and Willie Mae Allen in Chattanooga.

Stanley attended Howard High School and was employed by Moccasin Bend. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Stanley loved to cook and bake. Stanley was electronically inclined. He loved putting things together.

Stanley was preceded in death by both parents; brothers, Tommy Lee Turner and Charles Turner.

He leaves to cherish his precious memory, son, Stanley Lebron (Erica) Turner, Jr. of Chattanooga; two stepdaughters, D’Anda Ford of Atlanta, GA and Chaunda Hayes of Chattanooga, TN; five granddaughters, Ashley Orr, Mar’quisha Yearby, Weldonisha Brooks, Marshonda Bell, and Debreun Jackson all of Chattanooga; two grandsons, Desmond Ford and Gerald Patrick both of Chattanooga; his partner, Debra Jackson of Chattanooga, TN; 14 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Public viewing will be held from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 25, followed immediately by the 12:30 PM funeral service at the funeral home.

Interment will follow at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors. Gate time is at 2 p.m.
