Death row inmate Oscar Smith has selected a double bacon cheeseburger, deep dish apple pie, and vanilla bean ice cream for his last meal. The meal will be provided to Smith on Thursday just prior to his execution. He was convicted of killing his estranged wife and her sons in 1989.
The Bradley County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a shooting from late Sunday night.
