Staybridge Suites The hotel just south of the Chattanooga Convention Center has sold for $14,560,000. The Staybridge Suites is at 1300 Carter St. The five-story hotel includes 112,630 square feet of space. It was built in 2003. The sale was to M2 Chattanooga Downtown Llc from Gayatriguru Investments Inc.
