Kenneth Crawford
Kenneth “Yogi” Crawford, 64, of Spring City, Tennessee, died on Friday, July 7, 2023, at Tennova Healthcare in Cleveland.
He was born in Dothan, Al., to the late Lawrence Shelton Crawford and Margie Jones Crawford. Yogi was a graduate of Dothan High School and worked as a mechanic at various golf courses for most of his career. He moved from Abbeville, Alabama and has been a resident of this area for 10 years. Yogi loved his Harley, playinggolf, mowing his yard and being “Pop Pop” to his grandchildren. He was of the Baptist faith.
Yogi was also preceded in death by his brother, Allen Crawford.
Survivors include his wife Carolyn Buxton Crawford of Spring City, Tn.; stepchildren, John (Angela) Graves and Eric (Jessica) Graves both of Spring City; sisters, Jane Crawford and Althea Crawford both of Dothan, Al.; brother-in-law Jeff Buxton of Athens, Tn.; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Vaughn Funeral Home of Spring City is in charge of the arrangements of Kenneth “Yogi” Crawford.
