Michael “Mike” Crumley
Michael “Mike” Crumley, 66, of Chickamauga, Georgia, passed away Saturday, July 8th, 2023.
Mike spent the majority of his life in the North Georgia area and worked as an over the road truck driver for Hub Trucking. He also worked as a carpenter for many years and helped build his son and daughter-in-law’s home. Mike loved custom carpentry, nature, animals, history, classic cars, and firearms. He also enjoyed collecting antiques, especially western memorabilia, and watching Western Movies. Mike was one of a kind and will be deeply missed.
Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew “Buddy” and Lucy Crumley; and brother, Lewis Crumley; and ex-wife, Idell Spicer.
Survivors include his sons: Solomon (Jessica) Crumley and Daniel Crumley; grandchild, Kaden Crumley; sister, Brenda Bates; brothers, Larry (Lara) Crumley and Joe (Kathy) Crumley; and several nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, July 15, from 2-5 p.m. with the opportunity to share thoughts and memories at 4 p.m. at Lane Funeral Home.
