Former Channel 3 Reporter Joins Kelly Administration – The Chattanoogan

Liam Collins, a former reporter at Local 3, has joined Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly’s staff as communications manager. 

In his new role, Mr. Collins will be responsible for media and communications efforts for Mayor Kelly.
