Since the Friends of the Festival want the county and city to give them funds for the Festival, why don’t they ask the owners that are collecting the parking lot money to chip in?
After all, they are the ones reeping the biggest benefit for the Festival.
It’s about time folks becoming more self supported and quit relying on the government to bail them out.
