Jeanie Marie Hilburn
Jeanie Marie Hilburn, 68, of Ringgold, passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023, in a local hospice care center.
She was born on March 4, 1955, in Chattanooga to the late Marie and Harry Gossett, Sr.
Jeanie was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Hilburn; brother, Bobby Gossett, Sr.; infant sister Mary Ann Gossett; brother-in-law Buddy Sartain; nephews, Rick Gossett and Phillip Gossett; and great-great-nephew Zachery King Cooper, Jr.
She was a 1973 graduate of Brainerd High School. She worked in the optical industry for many years. Jeanie was of the Baptist faith. She was an avid beach-lover.
Survivors include her son, Corey Hilburn of Ringgold; brother, Harry (Miriam) Gossett, Jr. of Chattanooga; sister, Linda (Dave) Sartain Eisenreich of Chapin, SC; sister-in-law, Rita (Greg) Foote of Ringgold; nieces Debra (Randy) Stallings and Holly (Justin) Kitchens of Chattanooga; nephews, Trey Sartain, of Charleston, SC,Bobby (Corie-Jean) Gossett, Jr. of Soddy Daisy and Michael (Meagan) Gossett of Calhoun, Ga.; several great-nieces, and great-nephews, and cousins; and several fur-babies.
The family will receive friends Saturday, March 18, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
