Spence Douglas James
Spence Douglas James, 74, of Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on Wednesday, April 12, 2023.
He was in the graduating class of 1966 of East Ridge High School. Spence loved the outdoors, fishing, boating, and spending time with his grandsons.
Spence was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Corbin James; mother, Billie Smith James; brother-in-law, Fred Lee Parrish; and nephew, Fred Lee Parrish Jr.
Survivors include his daughter, Jennifer (Gene Ingram) James; grandsons, Korbin Ensley and Elijah Massey; sisters, Diane Parrish and Sandi (Chris) Brown; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
