Thomas Arthur Robinson, Sr.
Thomas Arthur Robinson, Sr. was born on December 27, 1937, the son of Arthur W. Robinson, and Alice Thelma (Taylor) Robinson in Bromley, Alabama. He passed from this life on Monday, January 9, 2023.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his youngest brother, Larry Earle, and his wife of 30 years, Pauline (Eubanks) and stepsons, Robert and Frank Chapman.
He is survived by his brothers, William Kenneth, and Robert Eugene, and wife Mary Ann. He is the father of Thomas Arthur, Jr, Elizabeth Lorraine (Larry Winningham), Dewey Wesley, (Pamela), Kenneth Charleston (Rachael) three stepchildren, Darla (Bob) Carroll, Deidra (Keith) Owensby and Kenny (Jessica) Adams, 16 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great–great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Jan. 13, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Hamilton Funeral Home with Pastor Don Kelly officiating.
Mr. Robinson will be laid to rest at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Apison.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Jan. 12, from 4-7 p.m. and on Friday, Jan. 13, from 10-11 a.m. prior to the funeral service in the chapel.
