Clint Hill
TwelveStone Health Partners, a provider of comprehensive chronic care medication services, announced Monday that Clint Hill will take over as chief financial officer allowing Jozef Nuyens to transition to a new position as TwelveStone’s chief strategy officer.
Mr. Hill’s arrival comes on the heels of the Funding from Heritage Group this summer which has allowed TwelveStone’s expansion efforts. Mr. Hill is a seasoned financial and operations professional with extensive background in healthcare spanning more than 20+ years of progressive management experience.

Most recently Mr. Hill was a chief financial officer at both Halo Diagnostics, a software company and multi-specialty practice operator; and Apricity Resources, a shared services company offering a full suite of back-office support services to multiple clients. Prior to Apricity, he held senior finance positions at Diversicare Healthcare Services and Outpatient Imaging Affiliates. His academic background includes an undergraduate degree from Lipscomb University and an MBA from Belmont Graduate School of Business.
