Yvonne White
Yvonne Patricia Benn White, 81, of Chattanooga, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023, in a local hospital.
She attended Howard High School. Yvonne was a member of Olivet Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Benn; mother, Lula Benn; sister, Alice William and Phyllis Moore; brother, Willie Steel; great-grandson, Antonio Sparks.
Survivors include her husband, Keith White; sons, Dewayne (Dianne) Benn of Chattanooga, Ronald R. Sparks of Atlanta, and Troy (Angela) Sparks of Chattanooga; daughters, Alesia Sparks and Tonya Tremell, both of Chattanooga; 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; favorite niece, Faye Brown; special cousin, Taylor Benn; and a host of nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and friends.
Yvonne will lie in state on Saturday, March 18, at 9 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel with Bishop Kevin L. Adams, Sr. as the eulogist.
Burial will be in Highland Memorial Gardens.
